Q: How long does the City888 registration process take?

The City888 registration process typically takes less than 2 minutes to complete. Simply fill in the registration form (name, Malaysian phone number, email, username, password), then verify your phone number with the OTP sent instantly to you. Q: What documents are required to register a City888 account?

For initial registration, no documents are required. All you need is an active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification. However, when you make your first withdrawal or if your balance exceeds a certain threshold, City888 may ask you to submit a photo of your MyKad or Malaysian passport for standard identity verification (KYC). This is a routine security measure practised by all responsible financial platforms in Malaysia.

Q: What should I do if I don't receive my OTP during registration?

If you do not receive an OTP within 2 minutes of submitting the City888 registration form, try the following steps: (1) Check that the phone number you entered is correct; (2) Make sure you have adequate network coverage; (3) Click the "Resend OTP" button if available. If the issue persists after 5 minutes, contact the City888 support team via live chat and our team will help you resolve the verification issue promptly.

Q: Can I register a City888 account if I already have an old inactive account?

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one City888 account at any time, including inactive accounts. If you have registered with City888 before but forgotten your login details, please use the "Forgot Password" function on the login page or contact City888 support at support@city888.online to recover your existing account. Do not register a new account, as this violates our terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

Once your City888 account is successfully registered, make your first deposit using any available Malaysian payment method – Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. Your Welcome Bonus of up to RM1,888 will be automatically credited to your City888 account once the first deposit is processed.
